Ciera Miller is a senior environmental
science major at the University of Maryland. Ciera is a self-motivated student
involved in all different kinds of clubs on campus but escapes to her room in a
house off campus when she gets a moment to relax.
Ciera
loves to go to happy hour with friends, admire her plants, play Nintendo Wii, and
scroll through social media on her phone. She is often too busy to do these
relaxing activities while she is busy as a captain of the women’s ultimate
frisbee team and on the board of Scholars promoting and revitalizing care (SPARC),
a mental health group on campus.
